Private schools in the city include the University of Southern California (USC), Antioch University's Los Angeles campus, Loyola Marymount University, Mount St. Mary's College, Occidental College, Art Center College of Design, Southwestern University School of Law, American Film Institute Conservatory, Charles R. Drew University, Southern California Institute of Architecture, Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising's Los Angeles campus (FIDM), and Los Angeles Film School.
Few places have such famous neighborhoods as Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Hollywood, Malibu, Manhattan Beach, Marina del Rey, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica and Toluca Lake. Housing costs vary greatly throughout the Los Angeles area, depending on the specific neighborhood in question. Beautiful beachside areas such as Santa Monica and Malibu have some of the most expensive housing costs in the area along with their ocean views.
