From Tampa International Airport, follow signs to I-275 South to St. Petersburg. Travel west across the Howard Frankland (I-275) Bridge. After crossing the bridge, use the right two lanes and take Exit 31 towards Ulmerton Road / Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street North. After the exit, use the left lane to continue onto Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street North. Travel south on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street North for 0.2 miles and Bay Isle Key will be on the right (west) side of the road. Bay Isle Key has two gated entrances and three gated exits. The main entrance/exit is along Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street North and the secondary entrance/exit along 118th Avenue North which provides Phase II with a direct point of ingress/egress. Both entrances are marked by prominent signage.
