612 Fairview Ave 4 bedroom, 3 bath house walking distance from campus. I don't even drive to classes. Hop on a bike and can make it to West Campus classes in no time at all. Room up for rent is good size with roomy closet. Rooms carpeted and everything else tile. Large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space. Large living room. Washer and Dryer. Shed outside for storage of bikes, etc. Currently 4 guys live here, including myself, but only 2 will be here in the spring semester since I'm graduating and another is interning abroad in the spring.
