Here is the protocol:
1) Drive by the house to make sure the neighborhood is convenient for commuting and suits you. Please do not enter the property grounds as it is currently occupied. It will be available in 30 days (mid-Nov.)
2) Fill out rental application; we will forward this in response to your e-mailed inquiry.
3) Once your application is in, we will then be happy to arrange a showing as soon as the house is available.
Well-mannered pets are acceptable.
If you know the area, you will know that the price I have listed is well below market value. Same model is renting for up to $2000.00. I prefer to do a quick rental rather than let this house sit so this is a real find for you.
