We design, build and manage, so naturally, we care deeply about our homes, and especially the folks who live in them.
The Guest House model is offered at our 2 northwest locations and at 2 of our eastside communities.
We're pet friendly (dog, cat, bird, fish) with no size restrictions. We do not allow Rottweillers or Pit Bulls, but currently have no other breed restrictions. We do, of course, expect your pets to be friendly and well behaved.
We offer a rental discount to all active military personnel. We also offer reduced pricing for all law enforcement officers, fire fighters and employees of most local area hospitals. The listed price does not reflect your discount.
If you plan on visiting Tucson prior to you move, please accept this invitation to our Model Home Center. This will give you a good feel for which model will work best for you. We are located at 4647 N Campbell Ave. It's about 1/4 mile north of the Campbell/River Road intersection on the west side of the road. We are open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, seven days a week. If you can't come in, don't worry, we routinely rent homes over the internet.
