Heatherwood Condominums is all about location! On the south side of Ann Arbor in Pittsfield Township, it is convenient to shopping, restaurants and expressways. It is within walking distance to Meijer, Kohl's, Borders (which will satisfy all your latte and cappuccino needs!), Best Buy, McDonald's, Joe's Crab Shack, and TGI Fridays. If you are up for about a 1.5 mile walk, you can also head over to the "Big House," the famous U of M football stadium on football Saturdays! Even though it is close to so many great stores and restaurants, the complex is nestled off of Lohr Road and tucked back far enough from the street for noise to never be a problem. The condos are also on the AATA bus route. Children who live in Heatherwood attend Bryant Pattengill/Pioneer schools in Ann Arbor. Amenities include a sparkling swimming pool, a sand volleyball court, cabana, walking trails, and a picnic area with barbecue grills. The association fee, which is included in the rental price, covers landscaping, snow removal, exterior maintenance and city water/sewer/rubbish collection. The nearest cross streets are Lohr Road and Oak Valley Drive. (And trust us, pizza and food delivery is easy and fast!) The area is also very safe and secure.
This condo is available for occupancy starting November 5, 2009. It is incredibly easy to show as well. (Since the unit will be professionally cleaned and all carpets will have been steam-cleaned, please be aware that we will request all visitors remove their shoes, if possible.) The asking rental price is $1,200/month, which includes the monthly association fee and covers lawn care, snow removal, recycling, and trash collection. One month's rent will be required as a security deposit. Heatherwood allows for 2 pets, and cats and dogs are fine; a cleaning deposit of $250 will be required for pets, though. The renter/s must be non-smoking.
