Landlord will not be responsible for backed up toilets, showers, dishwasher, washer or garbage disposal, Lessee is responsible to maintain and repair these items. If new lease option cannot be mutually agreed upon then the agreement will be terminated and lessee's will vacate property and turn it over in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. $400 of security deposit is non-refundable.
