Important Information for Future Renters
Coram takes its name from the Wincoram Native Americans that had originally settled in the area. European settlers were in the area as early as the late 1600s, but it wasn't really settled until the mid-1700s. In 1749, Coram was large enough to become a village of Brookhaven.
Much of Brookhaven was farmland through the early 20th century. Now the town is home to a diverse set of industries and sectors.
