Our subsidized housing complex is currently accepting application from qualified applicants, for 1($585-$652),2($716-$798)3($866-$965). Our diverse community is located in a quiet subsection of Greenfield which is on public transportation route, close to local shopping centers, major highways and many local attractions much as The Mohawk Trail, Berkshire East Mountain Resort and Poet's Seat Tower, just to name a few. Heat, hot water, and electricity are included in the monthly rent. Residents of all ages benefits from the many residents services programs held in our on site community room/computer lab. Our teen population benefits from annual summer youth job program offered. This community is resident owned. The tenants association, Homesaver Council, INC hosts resident functions throughout the year to encourage resident involvement within the community. Homesaver Council created and maintain their own food bank to provide food packages to the residents in need.
