A ?Perfect Path? starts the moment you approach this building. You are greeted by a meticulously maintained brick & stucco exterior and lovely flower and/or evergreen pots, changed & updated seasonally. This building has a landscape plan for the summer of 2018 to plant a variety of hostas and tall colorful grasses accented by bright colored annual and perennial flowers and a large lawn.
The secured entrance door leads you up a set of stairs that are preserved with newer carpet, wide spacious hallways, natural varnished woodwork and a warm two-tone paint scheme separated by a varnished wooden chair rail. Period-appropriate light fixtures, unique wooden wall openings that formerly were used to deliver milk and ice, and vintage framed pictures of the era and location of the building (circa 1922) complete the decor.
The building has a convenient on-site laundry room, storage lockers for your convenience and use and an optional limited paid parking lot.
This all results in a preserved historic feel with the Brownstone charm of the past.
