Each side is leased individually and the roommates are not financially responsible for each other!

Shared floor plan: Two connected units that include private 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living area, patio or balcony to accommodate one person on. Shared kitchen and den area. Each side is leased individually and the roommates are not financially responsible for each other! The rent includes an electricity allowance of $50.00 per month and any overage is divided between the roommates!
Studio floor plan: Efficiency/Studio efficiency floor plan which can accomodate two people is excellent for a new couple just starting off or even for someone looking for a good deal! Living/bedroom area, full kitchen and bath. The rent includes an electricity allowance of $35.00 per month and any overage is responsibility of tenant.
