The coffee house was built in 1885 and originally known as the McLaughlin House. Now renovated, it serves a variety of coffee and pastries, as well as Saturday dinner and Sunday brunch. The museum consists of three historic houses: the 1893 Colorado trading and Transfer Building, the 1895 Midland Terminal Railroad Depot and the Assay Office. Additionally, Cripple Creek is home to 14 casinos and countless excellent restaurants, including The Lucky Buck Bar and Grille, The Boiler Toom Tavern and Baja Billy's Restaurant and Cantina.
