Immokalee is a census-designated place in Collier County. The community is a few miles southeast of Lehigh Acres and east of the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary. Immokalee is an important part of the area's agriculture industry, producing cucumbers, bell peppers, citrus fruits and tomatoes. Additionally, one of only six nationally recognized Seminole reservations is located in the community.
