Spruce Pointe Apartments include FREE HEAT (you control the thermostat), FREE WATER, FREE SEWER, FREE TRASH, Dish TV Top 200 (240 channels), cable (95 channels) and 100 mbps Internet with WIFI! A few units include more or less.

The only utility you pay is electricity which we guarantee $30 in a 1 bedroom, $35 in a 2 bedroom, and $45 in a 3 bedroom, even including air conditioning! The value of all these things is $150-250 a month. This is the best value around!

We have a playground, access to a 20ftx60ft swimming pool, and a basketball court. We are conveniently located near shopping, dining and entertainment with easy freeway access. We are proud to be a smoke-free community.

Additionally, we offer a 24-hour 2,500 SF fitness facility. We also have a FREE 114-door parcel locker room accessible 24 hours a day to keep your packages safe. Plus, unlike most other complexes you get to tour your actual apartment! We have 25 floorplans, one of which we are confident will meet your needs.
