Cross Creek Apartments include FREE HEAT (you control the thermostat), FREE WATER, FREE SEWER, FREE TRASH, cable (95 channels) and 100 mbps Internet with WIFI! A few units include more or less.

The only utility you pay is electricity which we guarantee $45 in a 1 bedroom, $50 in a 2 bedroom, and $60 in a 3 bedroom, even including air conditioning! The value of all these things is $200-300 a month. This is the best value around!
