Arbor Hill Senior Apartments

Arbor Hill is a 3 story beautiful secured building that is handicap accessible with an elevator in the lobby. We currently have 2 bedroom 2 bathroom vacant units available. Each apartment includes a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and garbage disposal. The building is all electric. Trash, water, and sewer is included in the rent. We have on-site management and maintenance for all of your needs.

Age restriction is 55 and older. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and credit check. There is a $35.00 non-refundable application fee per adult applicant (only 1 application fee required for married couples)
