The third level has an entrance at the front of the house leading into a living room, dining room, kitchen, and sunroom. The second level has a separate entrance at the back of the house leading into two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a bar. The lowest level is a spacious basement with washer and dryer.

The house has a sun room, fenced back yard, back patio, dishwasher, washer and dryer, central air and heating, and driveway for three cars (and plenty of street parking). It is in a great location--walking distance to UMCP campus (about 1/2 mile) and right at the stop for both the UMCP shuttle and the metro bus.
