From I-40, take exit 306 - Garner/70 Exit. Follow Highway 70 West toward Garner. Follow signs to White Oak Road. Turn left onto Timber Drive East, and Abberly Place at White Oak Crossing is on your left. From I-440 Inner at the north side of downtown Raleigh, travel east/south to I-40 East toward Benson (Exit 16). On I-40 East travel past Walnut Creek Amphitheatre to Exit 306 (3.3 miles) and bear right onto 70 West towards Garner. At top of exit ramp you will see Dick's Sporting Goods, follow signs to White Oak Road and move over into the far left lane. At the first light (.2 miles) turn left onto White Oak Road. Stay in the left hand lane and travel through the first light, then take a left onto Timber Dr. East at the Target sign (.4 miles). Travel .4 miles on Timber Dr. East and turn left onto Abberly Crest Blvd. The Abberly Place clubhouse and leasing office will be directly ahead. recommends that you do not send any money without first viewing the rental property and meeting the landlord in person.
