Hopkins Commons is a brand-new luxury apartment community that offers maintenance-free and stress-free living for active adults aged 55+ and older. We have studios, one, and two-bedroom apartments with top-of-line interior finishes.

Every apartment community has amenities, but none have the high-quality amenities and features found at Hopkins Commons. In our LEED certified apartments, we provide all stainless steel appliances, you will have a dishwasher, a built-in microwave, an electric stove & self-cleaning oven, frost-free refrigerator with ice maker and your sink will have a disposal.

Our apartments have granite countertops in the kitchen and quartz in the bathroom. You will have a oversized, curb-less showers, and in-unit washer and dryer. Your bedroom will have a luxurious oversized closet. Your rooms will have 9' ceilings with large, triple pane windows with blinds, luxury vinyl wood & ceramic tile flooring through out the apartment. Each resident will get cable, phone, and secure high-speed internet, and central heat/air-conditioning. We have Accessible Units available, as well as "affordable" units. Every building also has controlled access entrances. Last, but certainly not least, we are pet-friendly!

Our community offers a lounge, parcel room, multi meeting rooms, event spaces, test-kitchen, fitness center, warm water indoor lap pool, 25-seat movie theater, restaurant, beauty salon, resident locker storage, a model town and train display, hotel suites for friends and family, an electric car charging station, and, of course, onsite management and maintenance. Our grounds will have a dog park with an exterior dog washing station, a pond, walking paths, a courtyard, and a community garden. In addition, high-tech features and state-of-the-art technology will be a theme consistent throughout the community.
