All adults 18+ who'll be residing in premises are required to apply, and will be listed on the lease agreement. Photo ID required on application (you can snap a picture with your phone), along with social security number for screening and identification purposes. We will conduct a background check on all adult applicants; any prior evictions, or felonies within the last 10 years will render applicant/s ineligible for residency. Upon approval, we will hold the property for you, for a (minimum) of 1/2 the total security deposit; this becomes non-refundable in the event the applicant backs out of the deal. Then anytime before move-in day we require the remaining security along with first & last month's rent. First & last month's rent, along with total security deposit, must be paid in full prior to taking possession of the property.
