It has a large fenced in backyard and a fenced front courtyard, with parking for 4 large vehicles and a golf cart.

The 4000 sq ft, 4 bed 4.5 bath home features two classic Charleston front porches, a large back porch, and a large, unique roof deck. The home is open from front to back as you walk in and are greeted by a formal living room with a gas fireplace, flowing into a spacious formal dining room, and enters into a very large and modern kitchen/family room, with more than enough room for entertaining.

You can hear the church bells from all around the city as you look down onto the manicured backyard with two brick patios, a grilling area, and a large back deck. South of Broad Neighborhood-

The lively area South of Broad is known for the 19th-century Rainbow Row, with restored, pastel townhouses that are popular for photo-taking. Italianate 1800s landmarks include the chandelier-filled Calhoun Mansion and the Nathaniel Russell House, with a "free-flying" staircase. On the peninsula's tip, mature oak trees, Civil War cannons and monuments fill White Point Garden. Antique stores dot nearby King Street.

Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated.
Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
