I'm the tenant looking to sublet a fourth floor apartment in a concrete building for work reasons. Management has agreed to this as long as they are able to do their standard screen (references, credit check, and so forth). I am three weeks into a six month lease. I will pay $54 a month of the rent (they will owe $1320 to me), and $100 of the application fee, so they will pay $300 up front and no damage deposit. I pay $1374 right now.
- Minimal noise from adjacent tenants.
- Lit wading pool outside with palm trees
- Granite counters
- Stainless steel appliances
I will also leave behind the TCL tv I had been given as a move in gift. Taking the furniture shown, with me.
Standard fixed utilities package includes cable tv and internet at $100, trash, $60, recycling, $15.
Water (metered) and sewer, I pay $17. Total is about $200, on top of the rent. Electric bill goes directly to me, and the new tenant will pay the amount to me.
Management will not entertain using the apartment for Airbnb or any other form of short term rental. Do not call about this, please.
