Phone bill, car payments, TJ Maxx Cards, no recent repossessions, etc. - Completed rental verification from a current / former landlord or property manager. - No Pets - The application fee is $50 and can be paid at a later time (via cash or Cashapp) but is required before we can approve / deny you for the unit. -We also need 2 months worth of pay stubs to verify income and a photo ID. You can email those things to leasing.svntpa@gmail.com As part of the application process, you must pass a background check that shows no prior evictions nor any convictions of violent crime. By submitting the application, you are authorizing us to check your credit. There is no minimum score requirement, however, we will need to ensure you are financially responsible.
