Requirements: The application fee is $50 and must be paid before we approve or deny your application. With your application, you must provide proof of income that shows you earn at least three times the monthly rent. Our requirements are; - Income is 3x the rent, no evictions, chapter 13 or violent arrests. We do a credit check but we do not have a minimum score. We just make sure your basic bills are being paid. Phone bill, car payments, TJ Maxx Cards, no recent repossessions, etc. - Completed rental verification from a current / former landlord or property manager. - No Pets - The application fee is $50 and can be paid at a later time (via cash or Cashapp) but is required before we can approve / deny you for the unit. -We also need 2 months worth of pay stubs to verify income and a photo ID.
