The complex offers a gym, 24-hour security/concierge, a social room, and one of the best-heated pools/hot tubs in PHX. The custom king-size bed frame and rug under the bed will be staying in the condo, so you'll just need to bring a mattress. The moving process is easier than you may think because the building has a loading dock for moving trucks and an oversized elevator you can rent. The building also has a crane you can rent if needed for anything really big (250/hour). I bought and lived in this condo for 8 years- it's great! I wouldn't move out, but I decided to move in with my girlfriend, so that is why I am looking for a renter. Please reach out with any questions. Cats and dogs are allowed. You will need to register your animal with the HOA. The HOA charges $35.00 a year for dogs under 20 pounds and $50 a year for dogs over 50 pounds. The condo has one covered parking spot, but extra spots are available for rent for $35/month. The lease length needs to be a year or longer. No smoking in the condo. There will be a $45.00 application fee.
