Great location in Downtown Boulder, just a few blocks north of Pearl Street and with easy access to the CU and Naropa campuses as well as hiking/biking trails on the west side of town. Apartment #3 is the garden level unit in the addition, and comes with its own patio/porch area, and two assigned parking spaces off the alley. Back yard space is shared by the three units in the addition. This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS: Living room = 15'6" x 16'6" Bedroom #1 (left) = 8'9" x 10'5" Bedroom #2 (right) = 10'2" x 10'10" Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit. We can show the apartment anytime during our business hours, Monday-Friday, with at least a day notice.
