I have a bedroom open for rent starting in mid-June.

Hi! My name is Deep, I'm 38 and work as a product director for a software startup. I'm looking for a roommate for my townhome in Interlocken, CO. I love traveling, going to restaurants and bars as well as hiking, snowboarding, and anything outdoors. I'm professional, usually working out of the house, and pretty laid back.

I'm looking for a roommate ages 25 - 39 who's clean, kind, communicative and has no pets or kids. I don't mind if you have a boyfriend/girlfriend who visits sometimes. They cannot stay longer than 48 hours at a time as there will be other roommates living in the house as well.

Rent is $875 per person per month plus about $30 per person per month for wifi and we will also split the gas+electric bill. There is an optional garage parking post for $25/month.

There is laundry in the unit.

I'm looking for someone to start a lease in mid-June or July 1st for 6, 9, or 12 months. Please contact me with questions.

Each bedroom is renting for $875 (Smallest Room) - $1075 (Master) and there is more than 1 bedroom available.
