We have Air Conditioners and Ceiling fans in all of our apartment homes. Most floor plans offer large private patio/balcony. All floor plans have expansive closets.

Applicant has the right to provide 25 Broadmoor with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in Colorado Revised Statutes 38-12-902(2.5); and 2) if Applicant provides 25 Broadmoor with a PTSR, 25 Broadmoor is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for 25 Broadmoor to access or use the PTSR.
