Trails will connect you to Perry St Light Rail Station (if walking, only 4 minutes away), Meow Wolf Denver, Mile High Stadium, The Denver Aquarium, Elitch Gardens, Confluence Park, and other great areas of Denver. Sloan's Lake is less than two miles north. Easy access to Highway 6 and I-25. Take advantage of the very close Light Rail station for getting into downtown Denver. Tenants will be responsible for monthly utilities. Tenants will be required to have renter's insurance, including personal liability and loss of use coverage. No smoking inside the unit!
