The kitchen and other common areas are shared with me. Free wi-fi, utilities and laundry. Parking available on the street. This situation will work for some but is not for everyone. Because this is a shared living situation I don't allow smoking (including marijuana), drugs or parties. House guests by request and on a case by case basis only. This situation is best for a quiet, mature individual who works or studies. I don't rent to couples or people who will have children living with them. I have one friendly dog who will not be in your private space but will be in the common area of the house.
