* Cats Allowed We welcome cats and dogs. A maximum of two pets per apartment. Dogs cannot be more than 65lbs and a non-aggressive breed. There will be a one-time pet fee for all animals. $200 for each cat & $500 for each dog. Dogs may only reside in dog friendly buildings as designated by management. Prior to move-in, pet owners must provide verification of immunizations along with vet information stating the pets name, breed, and weight as well as a photograph of the pet for verification and identification.
