Renter's Insurance is required. Smoking cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana (medicinal or not) are NOT allowed on the property. Pets are negotiable. The rent and security deposit are the same: $4500.00. The first month's rent and security deposit have to be paid in the form of a cashier's check, money order, cash, or using a cash app, such as Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
