Maximum 3 occupants, extra person $20/ night. A small, clean, quiet well-behaved pet is $20/day extra each and has to obey the Condo rules. A maximum 2 pets are allowed. Smoke-free Condo and building. Central AC, Electricity, Water, Sewer, Cable, Internet, WiFi and building amenities are included. High season: December 1st to April 30 and June 15th to September 30th. Days are prorated at monthly rent/30.
