Lease amounts vary by room, size and number of occupants:

$1450.00/month - $1550/month - lease includes food service (Sunday - Saturday).

Food Service includes:
- 5 Continental Breakfast (Monday - Friday)
- 2 Hot and Cold Brunches (Saturday & Sunday)
- 5 Hot Lunches (Monday - Friday)
- 6 Hot Dinners (Sunday - Friday).
- Chefs are on staff for Brunch, Lunch and Dinner.

Chefs can prepare meals for specialty diets (Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Celiac).
