The apartment has a living/bedroom with a closet, an eat-in kitchen with fridge and range, and bathroom with bathtub/shower. Utilities share (water, LG&E/gas+electric) is $125 a month in addition to rent for a total of $800. Wifi is included and parking (off-street!) is included. There's a coin laundry in the basement. We have some rules: No pets, no smoking, keep it quiet at night. In general, be nice. The Flats on Sixth is a five minute walk from Central Park, and close to great local spots like North Lime Donuts, Old Louisville Brewery, Noble Funk, and Logan Street Market.
