Lewis, the founder of our company, and the all masonry construction provided virtual soundproofing and quiet comfort. The Patrician features ten floor plans including one, two, three, and four bedroom apartments, and two bedroom town homes, each containing all kitchen appliances complete with 20 cubic foot side by side frost free refrigerators with ice makers, and self-cleaning ovens. From its convenient Claycut locations, The Patrician provides easy access to shopping, the downtown area, and major thoroughfares. The Patrician apartments are some of the most comfortable in Baton Rouge.
