An Income to Rent ratio of 3:1 is our goal - $1,000 in rent needs $3,000 in income. * We require that all units be seen by the tenant or a representative of the tenant prior to renting. This can include video tours in some cases. * Pet policy: $25 per pet each month-2 pet maximum- nonrefundable * Dogs under 50lbs are welcome with proof of renters insurance. * Unfortunately, due to insurance regulations, we are not able to allow the following breeds: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, Charpaes, Mastiffs, St Bernards, and any dog with a mature weight expecting to exceed 50 lbs. All dogs must be a minimum of 1 year in age. Please note: All our buildings are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside only.
