The house is 9 miles from Ellsworth, 22 miles from Bar Harbor, and 38 miles from Brewer/Bangor, with deeded access to the ocean via Taunton Bay just across the road. Easy access to many diverse trails including the Downeast Sunrise Trail. Just down the road are public boat landings. UTILITIES INCLUDED(water, sewer, heat, electric, trash, internet, yard and driveway maintenance). Single occupancy only and no pets. One year lease required. Current residency of this very large home: 4 people full-time, 1 part-time. Everyone gets along well, when you actually cross paths- it seems like you have this place to yourself most of the time.
