The living room is a generous 17 feet long and features a separate coat closet, perfect for organizing your belongings. The master bedroom is also 17 feet long and can easily accommodate a king-size bed. The second bedroom is a comfortable 12 by 13 feet in size. Both bedrooms boast very large closets with 4 double doors, providing ample storage space for all your needs. Additional amenities include a full bath with a tub and shower, a separate laundry/storage room, and a linen closet in the hall. If you choose to install your own washer and dryer, there is an additional $35/month fee to cover increased water and sewer usage. However, we also offer a coin-operated laundry facility on-site for your convenience. One parking space is included free of charge with each unit, and additional parking is available for $25 per month. We are cat-friendly, with an additional deposit of $150 required. Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs of any size. To apply for one of our apartments, we require an application, landlord references, and a lease. Conveniently located near public transportation, 1500 Forest Ave is also cable-ready and smoke-free. Extra storage is available for an additional $25 per month.
