All applicants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. An application fee is required for each applicant. Applicant(s) must provide income verification showing the gross monthly income is at least 3 times the monthly rental amounts. Guarantors may apply if applicant does not meet the minimum income requirement. Guarantors must provide income verification showing the gross monthly income is at least 5 times the monthly rental amount.
