The kitchen area includes a butler's pantry, breakfast room, and mud room. A half bath completes the ground floor. Three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the second floor sleep up to 6. One bathroom has just been fully renovated while the others have been upgraded. One bedroom has a queen bed, one a double bed, and one has two twin beds. Two bedrooms and the study/office overlook the private garden area with a patio and fountain. All bedrooms have AC and ceiling fans and have been freshly repainted. The house is fully furnished with hardwood floors (all recently refinished), fine rugs, piano, many books, housewares and linens. You only need to bring your clothing when you move in! Wireless Internet and audio is available throughout the house, cable TV upstairs and down, and printer/copier/fax/scanner in the study. The house has a security system, which tenants are required to use. Washer and dryer are in the basement. Off-street parking is at your back door for 1 car. In addition to being conveniently located to many colleges and universities and Longwood Hospitals and Mass General, we are close to the Charles River, which is great for walks and bike rides.
