The primary bedroom also has a large walk-in closet with built-ins for ample storage. The vaulted loft (third bedroom) is lined with windows that provide lakefront views and is a dream spot for your work at home station. A separate, dedicated workspace off the master is also available for more privacy. The high end kitchen is fully stocked with your basic cooking essentials. Relax in the beautifully landscaped yard, screened in porch or get out on the 270 acre lake. The home is located 10 minutes from Isanti, which has all your basic amenities and is just 2 miles from Long Lake. The lake is a fisherman's paradise both during the summer and winter. On the north side of the property is a spring that feeds into the lake from the nearby Rum River. Bass and northern can be found here, as well as many other spots on the lake. The year-round fun doesn't stop there! Ice skating and snowmobiles (not included) are possible as well during the winter. We apologize we cannot accommodate your pets. Max capacity is 8 people. 10 months minimum stay is required. Tenants are responsible for all utilities (electricity, gas, sewer, internet), along with lawn care and snow removal. An additional fee may be levied if tenants are unable to maintain lawn care and snow removal. The property features a holding tank that requires regular monitoring for fullness, with automated pumping by the septic company preferred. Additionally, the house operates on a well system and propane tank.
