SUBMIT APPLICATIONS: https://www.zpg.com/find-a-home - Click on 'APPLY NOW' to send us your APPLICATION ($50 per applicant. All applicants over 18 and co-signers must submit an application. Must attach proof of income and a valid photo ID to application. Complete entire application; any missing info will delay the decision process. Renters Insurance is mandatory, proof required prior to move in.QUALIFIERS: Applicants are processed separately on 4 qualifiers: Credit History Check, Acceptable Employment and Proof of Income of at least 2.5 times rent; Background Check; Rental History Check. All of our applicants go through the same rental criteria qualifications. Security Deposit $600 (on approved credit; pending application decision)... Additional Deposit of up to 1 months rent if Co-signer needed? Having NO Credit, will not qualify, so plan ahead if need a Co-Signer. If Co-Signer needed, they will need to submit an application within 24 hours of decision and are qualified/processed same as applicant? Click on any available apartments to find the apartment that matches your preferred move in date - please take note of the specific Available Date. Wait List has all floor plans. Click on Contact Us button to submit a Leasing Inquiry and Guest Card and our leasing staff is notified asap.
RENT PAYMENTS: Residents must pay rent through your resident online portal (set up after application is approved - link sent for deposit). Automatic checking ACH (free) or Credit Card (incurs fee).
Utilities - Residents pay 100% of the XCEL -- metered per apartment. Residents pay 90% of the RealPage (RP) bill - Water, Trash and Gas (heat). RealPage is calculated on actual bills, in arrears. Gas & Water peak & valley. (Gas & Water calculated by # of days/month, # of occupants and apartment size). Average monthly RP bill ranges $45-$125/month per apt; depending on usage. Energy reports - contact energy companies directly. Electricity is Xcel. Natural Gas is Center Point.
Parking - Assigned Parking ONLY
- PERMIT PARKING; must register all vehicles that are assigned parking
- Underground Heated Garage $75 / Gated Lot $45 per month
Laundry Room - centrally located in building. Reloadable Laundry Card.
Cats are - Cat Deposit is $100 (non-refundable @ Move Out; plus $10 Monthly Pet Fee.
