The application fee can vary depending on the platform used (i.e. Zillow, avail, RentSpree etc.) A minimum twelve-month lease is required at $2,700, however, the owner would prefer a two-year lease and would be willing to discount the rent by $50. The interior has been remodeled from top to bottom including the kitchen, bathrooms, vinyl plank flooring, millwork, doors, lighting, and drop-down ceilings. The interior and exterior have been painted and the home has newer mechanicals including the central air conditioner. The main floor features 1,091 sq. ft. with a kitchen, dining area, a living room, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The basement is 1,091 sq. ft. with 90% finished with a family room, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry/utility room. The primary bedroom on the main and in the basement have built-in closet systems and the other two have cloth hanging systems. All the windows, including the patio door, have screens and blinds. The laundry room feels larger than average and has a washer, a dryer, and a laundry/utility sink. Amenities include a covered deck on the rear of the home. The home has been cleaned, and sanitized and the air ducts/HVAC were professionally cleaned. Hardwired, battery-backup CO2 detectors are in the hallway outside the bedrooms on each floor, and smoke detectors are in each bedroom. The landlord is responsible for replacing the furnace filter and the batteries. Regarding animals, the owner prefers no pets, however, may consider depending on how many, the breed, size/weight, and age. What do you do with a pet when you are not home? (i.e. is it kenneled?) There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 per animal and $50 a month. The tenant is responsible for all the utilities, snow removal, and yard maintenance. This includes mowing the lawn regularly to conform to the neighborhood.
