Live next to campus and share a home with other students at the Students' Cooperative. Since 1940 the Co-op has provided convenient housing in a cooperative environment where the residents own and manage their own building.
The Students' Cooperative is seeking new members for the Spring 2024 Semester and beyond!
There are 18 newly-renovated rooms available (single, double or triple bed) with rates as low as $534, including utilities. This is a co-operative building where everyone adheres to the policies, by-laws and co-op principles. In exchange, we offer affordable monthly dues. Limited number of lofts available for double and triple rooms.
On the first floor there is an ADA bathroom near these rooms:

#2 (double)
#3 (single)
Floor two includes one all-gender bathroom (with three sinks) and a variety of singles and doubles, and the house's only triple bedroom.
Floor three includes one all-gender bathroom (with three sinks) and a variety of singles and doubles.
