Please note there is a $75 application fee per applicant and $200 admin fee, which are due at the time of application.

At move-in, there is a required one-time gym fee of $50 per adult resident and a security deposit of $300 (standard deposit) up to one-month's rent depending on background check.

Recurring monthly fees include rent (varies), a $75 common area maintenance fee, a $15 parking fee, a $19 trash fee, and $13 pest fee.

Utilities (water/sewer/electric/gas) are not included in monthly rent and are billed back on a RUBS (ratio utility billing system) basis. However, there is a one-time UBI setup fee of $50 and a UBI recurring monthly service fee of $5.25. The UBI setup fee is charged on the first utilities bill.
