The total cost of rent is base rent $9875 plus $10/per person for garbage, RUBS (flat rate for water, sewer, electric, gas) $147.97, and a tech fee $6.95 per account. We require that you carry liability insurance ($18 through us or you can provide your own liability or renters insurance).
