Also on the first floor is the master suite with spacious walk-in closet, HUGE bathroom suite with washer/dryer, and private deck facing the pool and backyard.

Upstairs you will find a quiet loft from which you will enjoy beautiful sunset views as well as three additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, one has queen bed and twin bed with twin trundle, and one has a double bed. All three bedrooms have built in desks. Upstairs rooms share one full bath with tub/shower combo and dual sinks. A nice bonus - all toilets have Toto heated bidet toilet seats!

The partially finished basement is set up for watching TV or playing foosball or just lounging. Plenty of storage in the basement and extra garage space. In addition, over the main two-car garage is an additional partially-finished bonus space with heating and cooling.

Refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine are all newly replaced within the last 12 months. All the kitchen appliances, linens, small appliances, and dishes you could possibly need are included.

Weekly cleaning can also be arranged for an additional fee.
