It is only 2 blocks from the beautiful Margate beach which of course is home to the boardwalk and close to the action of Atlantic City yet away from the crowd. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave with a center island for storage. There is room for parking a car on the side as well as a back patio to store your beach gear and bikes. The apartment is furnished with a sectional sofa, 2 bedrooms with a twin bed in each and a larger bedroom with a queen size bed. The bathroom has a stall shower and the washer and dryer. It has window air conditioning units and tenants must for their own cable/internet. There is a non refundable application fee for each adult and upon approval a $1400 security deposit is due. The total cost of $14,000 must be paid within one week of approval then on the lease start date the tenant will receive their keys. No pets, no smoking, common area such as back yard is the 2nd floor unit's area.
