PAH! Hiland Plaza

PAH! Hiland Plaza is one of less than 5 communities like it in the nation. A multi-family development built with pass-through funding of HOME dollars from HUD, project-based vouchers from the Albuquerque Housing Authority, and State allocated low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), PAH! Hiland Plaza was built with the Deaf, DeafBlind, Deaf+, and Hard of Hearing communities in mind. Through a partnership with the Deaf Culture Center of New Mexico (DCCNM), building features were identified that would create a more enjoyable and functional living space.
